The Nordman Fir is one of the nation’s most popular Christmas tree and has been for years, with its soft bushy foliage and fantastic needle retention its popularity comes as no surprise.

Nordman Fir are much loved for their symmetrical shape and glossy dark green foliage which has a slight scent. It’s beautiful soft green foliage allows the whole family to help decorate the tree without getting pricked by sharp needles.
For a tree size of 5ft7-6ft6 (175-200cm) we recommend 100 lights per 1.5ft without it looking sparse.
We would also recommend a tree stand, as when indoors they should be placed in a water-holding stand to help keep your tree healthy.
To care for your cut Christmas tree it is advised that you take 1″ off the bottom and keep in a water-holding stand, checking daily on the water level of the stand and top up when it drops.
With the correct care cut trees should last approximately four weeks.
At Woodlands Garden Centre we offer a local delivery service (charges apply). This item is a back order item which means delivery may take a little longer than normal. We can deliver to most of Kent and South East London. If you are outside of our local area we also offer a click and collect service from our store.

Local Delivery: Your delivery date can be selected at the checkout. Our delivery drivers are not able to carry your items upstairs, through alleyways or long distances.
How big are our own vehicles?
If you are ordering a bulk bag (or an item we are enable to lift by hand) we will use our crane lorry, this is approx 9ft wide including the mirrors. Our other vans and trucks are approx 8ft wide (including mirrors).
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
How fast is delivery?
Local delivery orders will be delivered on the day you select at checkout.
Who will deliver my order?
Local delivery items are delivered using our own vehicles and drivers. Our delivery drivers are not able to carry your items upstairs, through alleyways or long distances. Most deliveries can only be dropped at the front of your property, providing we can park close by. Bulk bags can only be dropped to the side of the vehicle.
What do I do if I want to return an item?
If you return your items within 28 days of delivery you can receive a full refund in accordance with our refunds policy. We will refund any money received using the same method used when you originally purchased the items. Please make sure that you include the sales order or invoice with your return. When returning items to us, please ensure that all original packaging, instructions, tags etc are included as supplied to you. The items need to be returned in an unused original sellable condition.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend for click and collect, but local delivery has a £50 minimum spend.
How does click and collect work?
Once we have processed your order you will receive a ‘ready to collect’ email and text message. When this is received you can make your way to us, park in our click and collect bay and ring the bell or press the link in your text message. We will then bring the items to you.
Please don’t come into store until you have received your ‘ready to collect’ email or text.
Woodlands Garden Centre is a well-established large family run Garden Centre that was established in 1969. We are located near Sevenoaks in Kent along Ash Lane just off the A20 between Wrotham and West Kingsdown. Gardeners of all ages and experience are welcome to visit and talk to our friendly, knowledgeable staff, whether you have a specific need or just wish to browse.
